We offer two types of development support:
Coaching Coaching for couples
This is the program for you if:
- you feel loneliness, emptiness in your relationship, or misunderstanding
- you notice that your problems are still the same like recurring conflicts from which you are not able to extricate yourself
- negative interactions prevail in your relationship and you cannot communicate
- you have experienced trauma in your relationship from which you came out straight but the connection and cordiality have been lost
- your relationship is burdened with negative emotions such as mutual blame, defensiveness, stonewalling, contempt.
What you will gain from the sessions:
- clear understanding of what is really going on between you and empathetic awareness of how it is emotionally experienced by each of you
- you will see your relationship in its current version – its strengths, obstacles but also its potential
- according to the ORSC TM methodology, there is a dissapointed dream behind each complaint, sessions will allow you to become aware of these hidden dreams and build a vision and plan for your common dream
- you will feel a motivation to implement this plan and vision.
The program includes a package of 8 or 12 sessions x 50 minutes every 2-3 weeks.
Business Partner Coaching
This is the program for you if:
- you are business partners, e.g. members of the same board or management of the company, or its co-owners
- your good cooperation is critical to the success of the organization but long-standing conflicts do not allow you to constructively communicate with each other
- the need to work together has appeared recently but you can already see that it will not be easy and you are afraid that the emerging differences between you may have a negative impact on the company’s results
- your difficult relationship and mutual reluctance demotivate people who work for you and reduce their commitment and effectiveness.
What will you gain from the session:
- insight into the current situation and the status of your relationship with all its aspects and actual impact on the external reality
- opportunity to step into the other person’s shoes and understand their perspective on your relationship
- ideas for effective forms of mutual communication
- ideas for an effective conflict resolution strategy
- ability to focus on shared values and goals
- peace of mind and confidence that you can work together without harm or negative impact on the functioning of your organization.
