START | SERVICES | Effective team
The basis for the efficient operation of any organization is that involved, highly-engaged teams operate in it. This is right because in such circumstances people work with pleasure and it is economically justified – such teams are highly effective!
An intervention in the form of a workshop or team coaching session is needed if:
- the effectiveness of the team in carrying out tasks has decreased significantly or for a long time
- there is no consistency of goals, convergent values and a sense of belonging to a team and / or company
- team members do not trust each other or they don’t trust you as their leader
- the team is too ambitious and one gets the impression that there is not enough space to exchange knowledge, experience and work creativly together
- cooperation has been replaced by competition
- communication with the leader does not work because his/her management style is too directive
- interpersonal conflicts prevent effective work.

Below you will find a couple of examples of the interventions we specialize in:
Team coaching
In our approach to team coaching we prefer a model in which the instructor doesn’t focus on individual people but on the system that these people create and the relations between them. Based on the premise of the intelligence of each system, the team coach builds on the positivity and strength of this intelligence redirecting it from existing, often destructive paths, to creating a new team personality in accordance with the ORSC ™ methodology.
What will you gain from the session:
- increased sense of belonging to a team and feeling of shared responsibility for tasks
- an ability to resolve conflicts and work out optimal solutions
- high motivation of team members to achieve the assumed results
- sense of self-realization through better use of the potential of team members.
The session is also carried out online using tools such as zoom or teams.
MBTI workshops
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a psychometric tool that helps you get to know yourself better and understand where you are on the map that describes personality differences in a positive, constructive way. This allows you to appreciate the importance of these differences and better communicate with people with other personality types than yours. That is why MBTI is useful both in individual work on ourselves and in a situation where we want to improve mutual understanding, trust and cooperation in a team.
The workshop, combined with the work model of Patrick Lencioni’s team, helps:
- develop standards and team strategies that will bring the expected results
- increase the efficiency of the team’s work as a consequence of improved communication
- improve yteam problem solving methods and change management strategies
- focus on shared values and goals.
The workshop is also carried out online using tools such as Zoom or Teams.
Business relations in a multicultural environment
It is a workshop on values related to everyday life, work and business in a given country / region, the aim of which is to help manage relationships in a multicultural environment in a broad sense, e.g. in contact with clients or business partners.
Thanks to participation in the workshop, you will learn:
- how is leadership and management defined in companies in a selected country?
- what qualities are expected of a typical business leader in the chosen country?
- how to effectively build respect and what is the basis for efficient communication between leaders in a given cultural circle?
You will learn about attitudes towards work, organization, relations with superiors and colleagues in a given culture and create an action plan for yourself regarding: what I need to remember, what to pay attention to in my natural behavior, manner of expression and making contact to ensure the comfort of the other party and create an effective business relationship in a given cultural context.
The workshop is also carried out online using tools such as Zoom or Teams.
