Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™)

It is a model according to which the leader focuses not on individual people, but on the system that these people create and the relationships between them. Based on the premise of the intelligence of each system, the leader builds on the positives and the strengths of this intelligence, redirecting it from the existing, often destructive paths, to establish a new team identity. In this way, an adroit, healthy, highly effective team of committed people will emerge. Intervention takes place using the structured coaching tools and ORSC™ system procedures.

MBTI workshops

These workshops will help you to get to know yourself better and understand where you are on the map describing personality differences in a positive, constructive way; thanks to this, you will learn to appreciate the importance of differences between people and better communicate with people representing different types of personalities. Connected with a model of 5 dysfunctions of a team, these workshops will help you to develop standards and a strategy for an effective group work and communication. MBTI workshops, in addition to improving cooperation within a team, will give you a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, improve the effectiveness of the interaction with your colleagues, improve problem solving strategies and change management.

Business relations in a multicultural environment 

This is a training on values-based daily life, work and business in a given country / region. You will get to know individual attitudes towards work, organization, relations with superiors and colleagues. During the training we will ask the questions such as: How are the leadership and management defined in the companies of a given country?  What qualities are expected from a typical business leader in a given country? How to successfully earn respect and what is the basis for efficient communication between the leaders from a given cultural background? Then, we will create an action plan for yourself concerning what you need to be aware of, what you need to pay attention to when it comes to your natural behavior, the way of communicating and networking, in order to ensure that you put the others at ease and that you build effective business relationships with them.
