It is a program based on the work of a coach with an individual client, which begins with analysis of the manager’s development needs and setting the business goals he wants to achieve. Managerial Coaching

It is a program in the form of a group coaching workshop for companies or individual coaching sessions – the final choice depends on the personal preferences of the participant and the company’s needs, and is determined with the coach. Depending on the selected form, the development needs in a group or of the individual are analyzed before the program begins, and then the goals and expected results of the program are set.
