Wellness and Wellbeing in the Workplace is a program in a form of a group workshop, individual coaching session or an inspirational lecture. Its goal is to help to initiate changes in life – so that the group of people working together as well as each individual member of that team, could feel well for the most part of the day, every day.

Because well-being simply means to feel good and to function effectively.

People experiencing a high level of well-being are more sociable and energetic, more open to cooperation and willing to help others, they are characterized by greater flexibility and ingenuity, they are fulfilling their tasks in a more productive way, most often such people are also more likeable.
